New Features

• Redlining Responsibility Assignments for Conga Contracts for Salesforce clients
  • In the latest release, FilePulse users will be able to assign individuals or a queue to a specific clause that is built in your clause library to be notified if it is redlined.
  • There is a FilePulse 360 Reviewer setup page where you can assign the individuals or queues to each clause within your clause library.
  • When the negotiated redlined document comes in, if someone or a queue is assigned to that clause, a task will create and notify them to review.
  • There is a component that added to your Contract Agreement home page that shows which clauses were modified and if tasks were assigned - eliminating the manual work of reviewing and tracking down individuals to review the clause and follow up with them.
    
    
    
    
  • The task will stay open until it is reviewed and the individual/queue marks the task complete
  • The component will display that the task is open or complete for quick visibility.
